Larry J. Patrick is the founder of The BPJR Group™ and the architect of the Rhythn Recognition System™, a deterministic recognition framework capable of identifying structural behavior in any domain that moves through Time. His work unifies autobiographical experience, federal crisis operations, and structural cosmology into a single doctrine known as the Law of Structural Life.

Patrick’s career began in the United States Navy, where he was selected for advanced training in military time management and the quality-driven systems of Dr. W. Edwards Deming. This early exposure to structure, discipline, and zero-error environments shaped the crisis-mind that would define his federal career.

Across a decade of federal operations, including radiological remediation, hazardous waste management, multi-site command roles, and high-pressure crisis stabilization. Patrick became known for his ability to restore order inside collapsing systems. His work spanned UMTRA, HTRW, D&D operations, and complex multi-agency environments where structural clarity determined safety, compliance, and mission success.

After leaving federal service, Patrick entered a ten-year period of silence and study, during which the architecture of recognition revealed itself.
